Mounted on a multi-point checkered splinter forearm and pistol grip stock with very attractive grain and dark figuring, blank silver initial oval, and an engraved skeleton steel buttplate over a checkered bare butt. Fitted with dual triggers and an automatic tang mounted safety. The scenes are bordered with tight floral scroll with "PARKER BROS." in banners on the sides. The casehardened receiver features standard "D" grade engraving with hunting dogs on point on the sides and a group of four pheasants on the bottom. The barrels have 2 9/16 inch chambers, auto ejectors, and improved modified/full chokes. Dual white bead sights on the matte concave rib marked "PARKER BROS. It also relates a special notation on the original order that requests a "nice stock".
The included Parker Gun Collectors Association letter confirms the serial number, barrel length, gauge, stock configuration and date of shipment as November 16, 1914, to R.S.
